They lie opposite the award-winning Ventnor Park, renowned for its pristine planting and bandstand which, on a Sunday afternoon, features a selection of low-key live music in the summer. The apartments have high ceilings and where possible, original mouldings and fireplaces, all beautifully restored to offer guests a true experience of opulent Victorian living by the seaside. Centrally located, the properties offer a perfect base for the beach and the cosmopolitan town of Ventnor just 10 minutes’ walk away. Ventnor’s popular shingle and sand beach - where freshly caught fish of the day can be purchased at the marina - is about 5 minutes’ walk down hill.
Blackgang Chine is nearby, the oldest themed attraction in the UK, and within easy reach are The Needles and Alum Bay. Attractions include Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Isle of Wight Pearl, Dinosaur Isle, a donkey sanctuary and Calbourne Water Mill which has a 17th-century working watermill.
