We really enjoyed our week at the Granary. The cottage was well equipped & the welcome pack was much appreciated - a proper home from home. The owners were lovely & made us very welcome. A great base for exploring the area. Would definitely visit again.

Outside space disappointing. Fence all the way around, gravel garden, lack of plants to green up or soften the space.

A beautifully presented cottage in a rural setting. Everything was immaculate with attention to detail. The outdoor space for this property was an adequate size but sadly very enclosed; this might become more important in good weather when guests prefer to spend more time outside eating and relaxing in a garden. The owners are delightful and gave a very warm welcome. The cottage is situated in a small hamlet and it is necessary to use the car for shopping , eating out etc but there are some lovely walks that can be started from the cottage. We felt very at home in this accommodation and would not hesitate to book it again.

A truly lovely cottage in a great location. Ideal for exploring North Devon and Cornwall. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were actually snowed in (Beast from the East II) for 2 days but the cottage is so comfortable it didn't spoil our holiday one bit.

We had an excellent holiday staying in the Granary. The owners have created a fantastic holiday cottage that has all the comforts of home! There is lots of attention to detail, it is clean and very welcoming. The Granary is in a rural, quiet and relaxing location on the Hartland peninsula. There are many places to visit nearby such as Hartland Quay, Clovelly village, Bideford all only a short drive away. The Devon coastline is breathtaking and perfect for amateur photographers like ourselves!!If the weather had been a little better we would have liked to have spent more time walking around the quiet country lanes!! We would definitely recommend staying at the Granary to family and friends.
