A comfortable cottage in a good location with beautiful views. Furnished and decorated to a very high standard with authentic rustic cottage features. We have stayed 5 times in 5 years and enjoyed every time.

Beautiful area and very pretty cottage and garden. This was a very well thought out comfortably furnished cottage. WiFi would have been good as the mobile network and 4G was poor so unfortunately family couldn't always get through. Also TV reception was bad especially when there was rain which is when you might want to be able to watch it. These were lesser problems for me but I know younger people always like to be online.

This is a delightful cottage for adults , the arts and crafts decor is beautifully executed and the garden and view is so relaxing with many hidden surprises in the cottage and the garden . The owners were very welcoming and gave us plenty of information and the cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. It was ideally situated for anyone who wanted to use the local bus services or the local spar or the excellent fish and chip shop, all a short walking distance . The Downe Arms in the next village is an excellent place for meals and lovely woodland walks. There is no wi-fi and the mobile phone and tv reception is not too good if that is important to you.
