Some bits need to be sorted - tv remote had no batteries (meant changing other remotes to get something to work); curtains had broken rings which meant if you were short you would not be able to pull closed/open; other blinds were broken / difficult to use; entrance door is starting to bind, so again need to push hard; shower extract runs for just a few minutes so unlikely to remove moisture . . Shame so much glass faces the other property to make you slightly exposed in main living area - a tinted glass would have resolved. From an "eco" view as it prides it's self - the window / door frames have no seal & daylight is visible between, also the size of radiators does not give imppression of being energy efficient (I have done code for sustainable homes level 5, so aware it is not easy). Just feel it could be better than it was, but was pleasant to stay & for location is good for walks.
