We stayed at Hale Barn in late March. There were four adults, a toddler and a baby. It was absolutely perfect. The barn itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The wood-burner and hot tub are fantastic. Our toddler loved going to the farm to see the animals. She loved running around in the garden; not something city dwellers regularly get to do! There is so much to see-and-do in the immediate vicinity; even on a typically wet English spring day. The coast is close. We would also very much recommend going to Alfriston. Before, during and after our stay, the owners were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this to our friends as somewhere to stay and are very keen to visit again ourselves.

Really great weekend, Hale Barn was beautiful, very clean and well equipped. The owner Ruth was so helpful and we couldn't have asked for a nicer host. The setting of the barn and the style it has been renovated in was just lovely. We would definitely stay again! Thank you
