An excellent cottage in a peaceful location. Lots to see and do locally. We went to Powderham Castle, Dartmouth Castle and Parke in Bovey Tracey. The Rugglestone Inn was lovely. Our 15 year old shih tzu even managed to walk up Haytor Tor. He was not going to give up and it only took him 45 minutes! He was happy to be carried back down but wasn't willing to give up before getting to the top. He was welcomed everywhere we went - a very dog friendly area. The miniature pony and the otter sanctuary were enjoyed by the younger family members. A great holiday for three generations to get together. The fire pit was great for cooking marshmallows. We will come back. Rose was a great caretaker.
