This was very much a country idyll. The house and gardens were lovely, beyond expectations. The warm and friendly welcome from the owner was an unexpected bonus as was the welcome pack which was very generous. The location was very rural which took a bit of adjustment for us city types but once we had got used to the country roads we managed to find our way about fairly easily. We would definitely go back.
