We loved every minute of our long weekend. House was immaculate, facilities modern and in perfect working order. Location amazing, quiet, short drive to the town and takeaways also delivered which was a massive bonus. We fished all day and played snooker at night. Thank you.

Nice house, nice location, good facilities (except poor WiFi) but a pity that a few issues meant that it wasn't quite to the standard we've come to expect from an ECC rental. No welcome pack. Tea coffee milk on arrival would have been nice, not to mention salt and pepper. On a septic tank so would have expected there to be sanitary bags provided in bathrooms. No guidance on recycling (every local authority is different in what it'll accept for recycling). No food waste capability. No spare black rubbish sacks. Black mould on shower heads. Penthouse bathroom door handle broken. Please note that all the floors in Ferry View are wooden. If you have children who take their shoes off in the house (essential here if you come in from the wet) then thy need to take care on the slippery surfaces - especially on the spiral staircase, where it's easy to slip and hurt yourself.

Exceptionally light and spacious with very nice waterside location. Views from virtually every window. Simply but pleasantly furnished; well equipped. The main rooms are on the first floor and there is a spiral staircase from there to the master bedroom so stairs mdight be an issue for some. Great games room. Local amenities are mostly a short drive.
