Lovely little cottage, small, but perfectly done. Everything looked very new. Everything in the cottage that you could need. My daughter loved the 'big princess' bed, and both this bed and the double were super comfortable. Lots of small things to do in the surrounding areas. Was a lovely relaxing break, would definitely come again. Rich

The cottage was very well equipped and clean. We had fresh milk, bread and jam when we arrived. There was also a supply of coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. The cottage was only a very short walk from the town centre and even closer to Morrisons. We always managed to park directly outside the cottage. We had a very good week and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Lincolnshire.

We had never been to Louth before, or indeed Lincolnshire, and we had a very pleasant surprise. Firstly, Pear Tree Cottage was wonderful. Homely and relaxing: everything that you could want was thought of by Jacquie. The cottage had clearly been put together with a lot of thought, care and consideration and despite being April we even managed to sit in the courtyard garden in the sun. Secondly, the town had a range of fantastic shops (loved the cheese shop) and some very good restaurants when we just wanted to go out. Lastly, we were there for two weeks and there was plenty to see and do in the area - castles, gardens, excellent walking on the wolds and fens. Thank you so much Jacquie, we are looking forward to coming back again!
