We couldn't wait to book a repeat stay! Made very welcome in peaceful location with 5 star comfort and facilities in this lovely contemporary accommodation. Car needed to get around though nearby walks including that to Eden Project.

Best cottage we have stayed in. On return looked to book next year, but very few weeks available and none suitable for us due to wife being tied to school hols.

The Wagon House is a very special cottage in a lovely setting. Although it is set a short drive from the main road it is not a problem. The decor inside is stunning as are the furnishings. Lots of places to visit around St Blazey so even out of season there is plenty to do. All in all a beautiful place and we would definitely go there again.

The Wagon House exceeded our expectations for a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. For a cottage for two it was very spacious, clean and bright, stylish and comfortable. We were not surprised it has won Gold awards. There was a lovely Cornish cream tea waiting for us. We were very handy for the Eden Project, Lanhydrock (NT) and Fowey but we did have to go everywhere by car. You couldn't walk from the door.

A perfect place to spend your holiday ideally located for exploring the South of Cornwall. The cottage ist presented in immaculate condition, excellently equipped anderen spotlessly clean. Guests are welcomed with cream tea. You cannot feel other than at home from the very start.

The Wagon House was very clean, comfortable and spacious which was good for us as the weather prevented us from using the attractive patio and garden. It is a good base for exploring this area of Cornwall being very near the Eden Project. We would also recommend visits to Charlestown, Fowey and Mevagissey - all within easy reach of the Wagon House.
