These barn conversions are located within the yard of the family home on a working arable farm, adjacent to the owner’s home, and boasts over 200 acres of farmland and 70 acres of woodland. The Middle Barn (ref UKC3043) and The Bull Pen (ref UKC3044) are Grade ll listed and have been very thoughtfully renovated, retaining the rustic charm of a Cotswold stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
The properties are located opposite the National Trust Dyrham Park, a beautiful National Trust property. You can feed the deer in the deer park (booking required), explore the gardens, or take a tour around the house, a perfect position for those who love to walk and explore.

Sands Farm is a working farm, and a local ice cream firm use the land to produce award winning organic ice cream. There are lots of animals including horses and a very friendly donkey named Rupert. You can even take the ½-mile walk through the owner’s land to their tea rooms serving tasty cream teas, and anything you might like to try from the great menu. Also the views are just breathtaking, and on a clear day you can even see across to Wales.
The properties are a perfect base for visiting Bath, 9 miles, or the Badminton Horse Trials. Bristol city is not far away with its famous harbour, beautiful award winning restaurants and some great designer shopping. Also within easy reach are Stonehenge, Longleat House and Safari Park, Wells, England’s smallest city with cathedral and Bishop’s Palace, and mystical Glastonbury, all within an hour’s drive. Shop and restaurant 1 mile, pub 2 miles.
Property refs UKC3043 and UKC3044 can be booked together to accommodate up to 10 guests.
