Lovely cottage. Great views. Could live there! Would stay again. Only minor downside was how warm the living area was...

We stayed at Fortescue Cottage from Friday 10th-Monday 13th November and really enjoyed it and I have a few suggestions which would make our experience even better next time; it was too uncomfortable to sleep at night so we would like to be able to adjust the heating settings to suit our needs. In terms of bathroom equipment, I would prefer it if a shower chair could be provided next tas I didn't feel safe on the fold down shower seat.

The cottage us in a beautiful location and was perfect for my parents who are in their 80's. The information left at the cottage was very helpful and the site manager was also very helpful. We will be back.

A lovely situation. Pleasant development of converted farm buildings. Far enough out of town to be peaceful, but near enough for convenience. Minor niggles, loose toilet seat for example, broken window catch in large bedroom. Perhaps a more rigorous inspection programme? Overall, a good experience. Wildlife was wonderful. Barn owl hunting and hares everywhere!
