We had a super 4 days and will, definitely return. We had a problem with the heating which was immediately rectified. In fact everything was great. The on site office staff were brilliant. Bedrooms are fairly small but communal areas are spacious Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates etc. Freezer needs some attention and perhaps the fridge is small for 8 people. But I’m knit picking here. It is a great place to stay

Would recomend some sundeck chairs for use in the garden. Benches provided are fine for dining or drinking beverages but not for relaxing. Also would recomend a small sofa in the kitchen diner instead of a ottaman. Naturaly most people gather in the diner whilest waiting for food , chatting away or watching television provided etc....Parking discs could be left with the welcome pack. We left the cottage early to explore, but reception where you collect the tickets was never opened before 9.00a.m Before departure, we called the office several times 3 days runing and left messages, but our call was not returned.
