Lovely cottage with stunning views and a very pretty garden. Absolute peace, a chance to get away from it all and unwind. Friendly and welcoming and well equipped. The path through the woods to/from the brook at Dipton Mill is not really navigable, so a walk along the (unpaved) road is necessary in order to get to the footpaths along the brook. Plenty of amenities, shops , cafe's and dog friendly pubs in Hexham, a short drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent cottage with beautiful views. Comfy bed. Only downside was a lack of some kitchen utensils. Not all holidaymakers want to eat out all week. Otherwise lovely.
