It was very nice but we took a few things from the kitchen cupboards and had to clean them before we could use them. There was nothing to do in Bacton but the walk to the beach through the church grounds was lovely. My elderly mother was cold at night. We did put the heating on but there was no blankets or extra bedding which would have helped. We went out every day and the coast line is beautiful. We spent the evenings in the cottage. There was a sky box but you could only get a handful of channels which was really annoying, everything we wanted to watch was not available.

Response on behalf of the owner:- Thank you for your feedback. It is unacceptable that you had to wash some items from the cupboards and I apologise. I know the cleaner usually checks the cupboards but I will pass on your comments. I am sorry to hear your mother was cold at night. The gas central heating is very efficient and can be turned on and up as required. There is also a wood burner for extra warmth and comfort. If you had asked I would have happily supplied an extra duvet. The TV has Freeview channels so there is plenty of choice. The sky box purely improves the terrestrial signal. It's true there isn't much to do here. The location is described as 'peaceful and rural but only a 15 min walk to the beach'. I think that is an accurate description of the location of the Coach House. I am disappointed you did not enjoy your stay, particularly as we usually have great feedback.

Lovely cottage in a great location. It's not a bustling area but was perfect for us. Enjoyed walks in the lanes and down to the sea and was in a great location for visiting other areas.
