Dating back to around 1620, this Grade II listed, detached barn has been lovingly transformed into a stunning and contemporary holiday home which caters for every need. The property contains features such as oak floors, bespoke staircase and a kitchen which includes an integrated dishwasher, coffee machine, and wine cooler. Each of the comfortable bedrooms has its own TV, providing the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the surrounding area. The Grange Holiday Cottage is on the same site as the owner’s property, enjoying a peaceful location in the heart of the Churnet Valley and is well placed for exploring the surrounding Staffordshire countryside and nearby Peak District. There is something here to suit everyone, from historic market towns, leisurely walks and cycle trails, to the thrills and spills at Alton Towers which is just on the doorstep. Carsington Water, Tittesworth Reservoir, Churnet Valley Steam Railway, Tissington Trail, the Roaches, Manifold Valley and Chatsworth are also within easy reach. There are many paths and trails for walks to suit all capabilities, as well as golf and cycle hire available nearby. Stoke-on-Trent is a short drive away and has pottery museums, factory shops, theatres, cinemas and a dry ski slope. Shop and restaurant 2 miles, pub 300 yards.
