Indulge yourself in the sumptuous sofas in the living room, boasting white washed walls adorned with a contemporary painting, 40” Freeview Smart TV and an electric coal-effect fire. French doors lead from the living room onto the private patio with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple as the sun goes down. There is also use of a large, shared lawned garden, where you can bask in the sun in the summer months.
Back inside, rustle up a taste for the senses in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a handy breakfast area and floor to ceiling windows where you can take in the idyllic garden views. This wonderful home has been thoughtfully furnished with a touch of luxury, and even has the added benefit of underfloor heating.

    Beautiful place to stay, but over 3 floors, which was advertised, it's not brilliant for those with dodgy knees. Very clean, very well-appointed and very kind hosts. Love the area but would choose somewhere on a lower level! Fabulous area and wonderful walking and sightseeing - beaches are a must!

    This was an excellent holiday home. It was conveniently located for local attrac tions e.g. Sandringham, RSPB reserve etc. We would definitely stay here again.
