We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So peaceful and quiet. Owners very welcoming. My husband could not use the bath/shower. Would be helpful to have grab rails in bathroom and also at front door. The lighting in the kitchen was not very good, had to use torch to read the microwave. Over all everything else was fine.

Really enjoyed our time there. Horses and wildlife, what's not to like?

Very pleasant site and views from the premises with fish and ducks etc in/on the large pond; scope for outdoor games in the space around, and woodland walks adjacent. Very little traffic noise, and there are more delights in Tenterden just a few minutes' drive away. Thoroughly recommended and a friendly and approachable landlady!

Very nice accommodation and location. Equipment was only adequate. Only downside was the washing machine was in an outhouse and needed replacing. Owners were very friendly and accommodating

This is a beautiful place set deep in the Kent countryside. The grounds provide a perfect setting in which to relax. It's all very quiet, with the chance to see wildlife. The accommodation is perfect, especially for anyone requiring just a single storey. My husband has mobility problems, but found it relatively easy to get about. The only problem we found was with the shower within the bath. I needed to help him to use it. We found plenty of places to visit in the vicinity; Bodiam Castle, Sissinghurst Castle and Great Dixter for example. There are also plenty of pubs, within easy reach by car, for a nice evening meal. Also not too far from Tenterden for shops and restaurants. My only gripe would be that the accomodation was hot at night for sleeping in hot weather.

Excellent location for garden lovers, very tranquil place, but within easy reach of shops. Sorry, no internet access - not accessible by given code (same last year), otherwise "Comfort and Equipment" would have received a 10, too.
