st comment: Property with lots of character. July 2010.

nd comment: Elegant and spacious. July 2010.

rd comment: The accommodation was everything we hoped for and the access to the entire gardens of the Manor House was a bonus. June 2010.

th comment: Funishings in need of updating in lounge. Jan 2010.

th comment: The East Wing is a sumptuously decorated and luxurious home with a full size billiard table that is a great attraction for teenage relatives! Dec 2009.

th comment: A delightful property inside and out. We felt as if we "of" the place and simply simply "in" it. It was so relaxing and charming that we looked forward to getting back in the evening. Oct 2009.

th comment: Peaceful property with superrb gardens. We were made to feel very welcome by the housekeeper who showed us round the accommodation which is the self-contained wing of a manor house. Sept 2009.

th comment: Very comfortable and spacious accommodation in beautiful setting. House and grounds were really lovely and owner and housekeeper very helpful and friendly.Despite being attached, owners respected our privacy and I particularly appreciated the lack of signs and notices around, so it was a real home from home. The fire was fabulously cosy and relaxing to come back to after a long day out. May 2009.

th comment: Extremely grand and ornate, it oozed class, living the way life should be lived. Aug 2008.

th comment: The house was better than we expected. July 2008.

th Comment We thought the property was charming and we loved every minutes of it. How many holiday cottages have a full size billiards table? The photographs on the website were a bit disappointing, but otherwise it was much better than we had hoped. Aug 2008.

th Comment A charming, gracious and historically interesting property. A great location for exploring the area. The owners and staff were welcoming, helpful and respectful of their guests’ privacy. We would book it again on our next holiday in the area. April 2007.
