Bay Tree Lodge is a spacious, detached holiday lodge set in the heart of the Norfolk Broads.

The accommodation, situated on the waterside, has been flawlessly decorated, and is the perfect destination for a large family holiday. The bright and airy living area is comfortably furnished and leads to a private balcony with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing in the evening with a glass of your favourite tipple. The kitchen is well equipped and incorporates a range for cooking, making it a pleasure to prepare a meal. There are five bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. One of the bedrooms leads onto a private balcony with furniture where you could enjoy a morning coffee and take in the view over the water.
Bay Tree Lodge is situated in an idyllic location and is ideal for those wanting to spend some time indoors, particularly on a rainy day! There is ample entertainment here for such an occasion. The games room contains an air hockey table, Playstation 4 and an electric retro games table. The lodge also has 7 TVs, one satellite with full package and 6 Smart TVs. There is also a computer with Wi-Fi access.

For those of you who like the great outdoors, there is plenty to see and do in the area and fishing is literally on the doorstep. The BeWILDerwood adventure park is an ideal day out for all the family and there are a number of nature reserves to explore nearby. You can take a boat trip on the waterways or there is an electric 10 seater day boat and several kayaks which can be hired directly from the owner. The property also has a lawned area leading to its own private 40 foot mooring. Bay Tree Lodge is situated just minutes from the centre of Wroxham where you will find numerous waterside restaurants, pubs, cafés and shops. With such a breathtaking location, excellent facilities and plenty of attractions nearby, what more could you ask for in a holiday cottage.
