    A lovely little holiday flat. Very clean and well equipped. Cosy lounge with fire and comfortable sofas. Good place to relax and read when it's pouring with rain! Sadly didn't have the opportunity to sit outside on the small patio as it rained all week. Bed very firm but got used to it after a couple of nights. Amenities handy down in Kendal town centre but it is a steep hill when walking back. Only small negative is the bathroom is dated and has carpet!
