    Fantastic Cottage in a great location! We very much enjoyed our stay at Bottom House, the cottage was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and the car parking space was a big plus as parking in Salcombe is a challenge. The only slight negative would be the power of the electric showers, but this was to be expected and guidance on not running 2 together etc was explained in the well maintained information packs. Location of the cottage was super, a short walk to Fore Street and all the shops, pubs and restaurants. The small supermarket was a very quick walk away.

Unfortunately the water pressure is not great in this area,so does cause problems with the showers, when worked together as explained in the property information on arrival.
