Coblye Barn is perfect for those who wish to stay in an idyllic rural setting, as all you can see from the windows are fields, trees and sheep. However, there are pubs and a local shop within a 5 minute drive from the Barn so you are not totally isolated, and Battle Town is only a 15 minute drive and has a good variety of shops and eateries. The Barn is very clean, has every kitchen utensil you might possibly need to self-cater, has a continuous hot water supply, a powerful shower and a comfortable bed, and the underfloor heating always ensured the cottage was cosy. There are lovely walks from the cottage door and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Coblye Barn to anyone who likes peace and quiet in an amazing setting. I have not stayed in East Sussex before and I was blown away by the awesome scenery, all within striking distance of this very nice accommodation.
