We always love returing to this lovely cosy cottage, it feels like a home from home. The location is excellent for relaxing and exploring the surrounding area.

This is probably the first ECC property that I have used that I would not book again. The kitchen and bathroom were both "tired" and because the glazing has such poor fittings the cottage was very cold (in what was admittedly one of the coldest, wettest, June weeks on record). I appreciate that fixing the issues above would probably not be very cxost effective given the relatively low rental yield on this property. That's an issue for the owner. On the upside I loved the location and, given a warm, sunny week, my views might not be as jaded.
