This delightful property with a small-enclosed cobbled courtyard overlooking the stunning grounds to the river and coast beyond sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.The property comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in five spacious bedrooms and can be booked together with its interconnecting neighbours, Chatham (ref NT011053) and Bosveal (ref NT011051) to accommodate up to 24 guests. Also on the same site is The Bothy (ref NT011052) to accommodate a further two guests.As a five-bedroom wing, Court will not disappoint with its large open living room with wood-burning stove and high ceilings, and a delightful dining room perfect for family gatherings or friends celebrating a special occasion. The dining room opens directly on to the enclosed patio, perfect for summer al fresco dining.With gardens that gently meander down to the beautiful Helford River and creeks as featured in Daphne du Maurier’s romantic novel ’Frenchman’s Creek’.The area is popular with walkers and wildlife enthusiasts, and neighbouring sub-tropical gardens of Glendurgan and Trebah make it popular with lovers of gardens.The Helford Passage has small, sheltered quiet beaches and one of fhe famous inns serving great food, fronts on to the small sandy beach. There’s no better place to be on a warm summer’s evening watching the sun set. Take one of the small ferryboats over to Helford village and enjoy lunch at another inn right on the water’s edge.Nearby Falmouth offers a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops, and is home to the National Maritime Museum located in Events Square. Visitors can choose from a full calendar of events from prestigious sailing events, food, music and art festivals including the famous Oyster Festival.The area is a secret haven with numerous beautiful beaches and coves to explore.
