This is a lovely cottage with ample space for a couple to stay. It is exceptionally clean with modern furnishings and appliances that complement the traditional cottage surroundings. It also has its own private courtyard which was a real sun trap on the sunny days. The hosts Clare and Pete were incredibly helpful, making us aware they were on hand if needed. They also had taken great steps to reassure us that all precautions were being taken in respect of Covid19. The local area and coast line is genuinely beautiful and although our first visit here, we do intend to come back again. In addition to a couple of coastal walks, there are local coastal towns in Cornwall along with Bude, Clovelly and Appledore all nearby and this easily filled a week and left us wanting to come back to see the things that we hadn't managed to fit in.

A very enjoyable week in a part of the country I visited many times as a child. The Granary was a delight, exceedingly clean and equipped with everything needed. The owners of the cottage were most welcoming, friendly and helpful. Many interesting places to visit along the coast and inland. Another visit is a must.
