Nestled in the idyllic rural village of Eldroth, this superb holiday property, adjoining the owners’ home, makes a delightful hideaway for couples, families and small groups. Holme House exudes, luxury, style and quality as well as offering peace and tranquillity, with large private garden and countryside views. Accessed down a private track, once inside the property you will never want to leave. In the evening, listen to the sheep bleating or the hoot of the night owl. Then as you enjoy your morning coffee, listen to the call of the cockerels.
The accommodation boasts a characterful living room with multi-fuel stove and two comfy sofas, a perfect place to cosy up of an evening or relax with a magazine and a morning coffee. The spacious farmhouse style kitchen/diner also has a multi-fuel stove, and an abundance of duck egg blue units complemented by a granite worktop. Sit at the large oak farmhouse table with luxury chairs and enjoy a hearty breakfast, lunch or evening meal. Leading off the dining room is the summer room sporting uninterrupted views of the garden. There is large corner sofa here to relax and enjoy the view until your heart’s content. The Yorkshire stone flagged patio area and quality garden furniture are accessed via the aluminium bi-fold doors. Beyond the patio area is an extensive lawn with children’s play area perfect for outdoor fun in the garden. On the first floor there is a sumptuous master bedroom with super king zip and link bed. The bed is so inviting, you will find it hard to leave the room without trying it out. Across the landing is a fabulous bathroom which certainly has the ’wow’ factor! A roll-top bath, large vanity unit with granite worktop, Cloud Nine hairdryer and straighteners available, toilet and enormous wet room with huge shower head to luxuriate under after a day of adventure. There is a further luxury kingsize bed in the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a unique night-sky ceiling giving the experience of falling asleep under hundreds of twinkling stars. This bedroom also has a stylish en-suite with bath, toilet and sink. The third bedroom boasts a double bed, storage and views across the garden. Each bedroom also have blackout blinds to aid a great nights sleep.
Eldroth is close to the market town of Settle, perfectly placed for exploring the Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales and Lake District. Holme House lies within open countryside, an ideal base for the Yorkshire three peaks walks or cycling. Eldroth is also within easy reach of the cities of Lancaster, Leeds and York and a short drive from the Historic Town of Skipton, Clitheroe and Kirkby Lonsdale. Beach 24 miles.
