The cottage is spacious, airy, quiet and easy to access off the A6. It is very well organised with good facilities in the Kitchen and throughout. Plenty of hot water. The lounge is very comfortable with good seating. TV, DVD and CD players. Would definitely stay agian when in the area

This is our third visit to Honeysuckle Cottage. It is in a super location to visit all the stunning beaches of Northumberland and it is a pleasure to return there after a day out as it is so comfortable and relaxing. Hope to return again next year.

The moment we walked into Honeysuckle Cottage, we were struck by how beautiful it was - from the furnishings to the equipment, everything was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping in the peaceful environment. The owners left us a welcome gift of flowers, wine, biscuits and coffee, which was such a lovely touch. Sadly, we didn't get to drink the wine or coffee but the thought was much appreciated. The cottage was just a short distance from the A1 but we never heard any road noise and it made getting around much easier being that close to the main road. We have already said that when we return to Northumberland, Honeysuckle Cottage will be our first choice accommodation.
