    A wonderful loft conversion, with quality the keynote for construction, fittings and decor. Open outlook across allotments and countryside. Helpful host and a welcome tray of goodies for breakfast etc. The access by the outside stairway is only for the able bodied and would benefit from a handrail on the wall side. Lovely patio garden. Very quiet despite being on a fairly busy B road. Very good location for nearby places of interest, e.g. Stratford, NT sites. Parking on driveway a little bit tight but OK.
