Situated in the heart of Salcombe, next to the beautiful Holy Trinity Church, this spacious ground floor property is just a 3 minute walk from the quays, shops and restaurants. The property was built in 1840, around the same time as the church and was originally the town’s bakery. Today it’s well furnished and decorated and offers high quality accommodation in a sought after location.

    Great value accommodation in lovely Salcombe. Easy access to the village centre. Comfy beds and surprisingly spacious. 2 bathrooms is really useful for a 3 bed property. Parking permit for the local car park- be quick to get a space. The permit also covers parking at Dartmouth park and ride which was a pleasant surprise. All in all you can’t really go wrong.
