Great for friends to get together. Location just off A419 and not far from M4 makes it easy to get to. Well equipped and roomy but also cosy. Log burner is a bonus in winter months. Spa was superb and very close to Nuthatch. Ballihoo restaurant looked nice though we only had coffee there. Would definitely visit again though probably in Spring/Summer if a longer stay planned.

Lovely property in a great location in lower mill estate, a minute from the spa, on site restaurant and sports facilities. Very nicely furnished and well equipped, with allocated car parking space immediately outside. Pool at lower mill is very good, and we had to ourselves during first visit. Ballihoo restaurant is nice, limited menu but good food quality. Couple of takeaway restaurants and convenience stores within 3 miles or so. Lovely walks and lots of wildlife, including some very friendly ducks which came to our door every day. Literally only point of criticism is WiFi, as the router needed rebooting several times each day. Otherwise a super trip.
