This is an excellent house, very well equipped and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are especially good and much loved by the children. Most of the larger floating toys provided have punctured, but there is a great selection and the children improvised. The house is spacious with a number of rooms, all comfortable. There is a good variety of books, toys and videos provided. We were there in the first week of January so didn’t venture much into the large garden. All in all, we had another excellent stay on this our second visit.

The house was great, little expensive with most rooms need a little TLC as lots of snagging needs to be.Light blubs missing or not working loose stones curtains missing in master bedroom and where pond is bushes need to be cut back for safety aspect. But overall great holiday with my children and grand children pool was great and clean I thoroughly enjoyed hot tub in evenings. Would return and recommend to friends and family.

First family visit to Norfolk, took a long time choosing what I thought would be the ideal holiday house for us to rent for a week. The house itself is lovely but just hasn't been looked after and maintained as one would except for the price. The bathrooms are very tired with stained basins and bowls, the showers have little or no pressure. There are several damaged items and various curtains falling off their rails. Several plug points do not work. The garden in the photo looks as though it has a large lawned area when in reality, the central flower/weed bed is huge and takes up most of the garden. There are several wasps nests very close to the back doors/under the decking which need to be addressed. Around the edge of the lawn, there are lovely mature trees, unfortunately, under these are large expanses of stinging nettles. My children were 10 and 14 when we went but I wouldn't be happy to take a toddler as the pond is unfenced (which was known) but overgrown so you can't see where it starts/ends. The pool house is nice and was well enjoyed. The drainage and plumbing in the whole house needs attention, the en-suite toilet was blocked upon our arrival and there is a pervading smell from the sceptic tank when any toilet is flushed. Having rented various luxury homes around the world, I was disappointed that in this price bracket, so much in the house had been poorly maintained. I would not visit again or recommend to family/friends.

Stayed for a week for a family holiday with 3 different generations. Description of the facilities within house were accurate which suited us. As reviewed by other customers there were some maintenance issues, a loose door handle and tap and a leaking sink which my husband repaired after a visit to B & Q! Also some loose decking outside which was dangerous for my elderly parents. On arrival the kitchen was full of flies and the floor sticky . The house is not really in walking distance to anything, being just off a main road. However with a car it was easy to get anywhere. Overall we enjoyed the use of the house and would possibly use it again but feel for the money spent, the house needs the maintenance issues to be addressed.
