This cottage is wonderfully comfortable and has all that is needed for a quiet, restful stay. Lovely friendly village shop provides homemaking, fresh coffee and provisions. Plenty of walks along lanes, beach and to NWT Cley for birdwatching. This is my 3rd visit. I always leave recharged and looking forward to returning. Rosie.

Generally excellent and clean, just the odd cobweb so nine rather than ten. Water very/too hot so had to take care when using and keep shower on coldest setting but otherwise very comfortable, good quality furniture and stylish. The cottage is very quiet and private. The bedroom looks out on to the garden which you have sole access to whilst the kitchen/dining area looks on to another garden area which you do not have access to. We decided it must belong to the owners who perhaps live next door. We never saw anyone in this area but it would be helpful if the owners confirmed what the set up is. The local pub serves great beer and food. There is also local shop selling most things you might need. Easy flat walk to sea and great cycling in quiet lanes.

Beautiful, comfortable, quirky cottage in the perfect location. Quiet, yet in easy reach of amenities. The Dun Cow does wonderful food - a good tip is to visit mid-afternoon to avoid busy times. Great coffee is available from The Village Store, and a visit to Cookie’s is a foregone conclusion. We’d really recommend a visit to the church - full of interesting history. We can’t wait to visit again.
