We had a really lovely 4 night stay in the West Wing. Our party was 6 adults and 2 children (4 and 2 years old). The location was great to explore the local area and just a short drive into Hunstanton town centre. The house was clean and tidy with lots of space for all of us. The large kitchen was particuarly good as it gave us plenty of space for our meals when we were eating in. The house itself does need some repairs and there were quite a few leaks from the velux window when there was heavy rain. The kids loved being able to use the pool when it was open and it was great to have it on the doorstep. Unfortunately one of the days it should have been open, it was closed as the heater had broken. But as we hadn't been told we were not aware, so we did waste some time coming back early from an afternoon out to take the kids for a swim, but couldn't. Fortunately it was fixed for the following day so that we could use it. You can sometimes hear people next door in the main house, but overall it didn't disturb us too much - except when their dogs kept barking. Overall, for a short visit to Norfolk the location was perfect and the facilities were great and I would recommend it to others too.

I can’t actually fault the accommodation it was a very comfortable property. My only issue and I don’t think it’s clear the other property to rent there, is actually part of the same building. The separation is only by a locked door and some of the bedrooms are above rooms in the adjoining property. We were perhaps unlucky but the other group were very loud and it felt like we were in the middle of their party. If you are lucky you might get a family group who are quiet. If not, like us you might get a group of twenty somethings who start drinking at lunchtime and don’t stop. For the money I don’t think I’ll be taking that chance again.
