This lovely duplex apartment is situated above the Ale House on the main pedestrianised street of Cowes. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms and a main bathroom. There is a super kingsize bedroom with a balcony off with seating overlooking the marina in Cowes. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, sink and toilet. There is a double room to the front of the property which overlooks the paved street outside. The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower sink and toilet. When you go up a level to the top floor, you will find a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. From the living area, there are bifold doors that open onto a large balcony with outside seating, which offers stunning views across Cowes Marina. There is a well-equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar, an integral fridge and freezer, electric cooker and hob, washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking is via parking Permit in Cross Street Car Park in Cowes at a cost of £52.90 for 7 days, £30.20 for 4 days, £22.30 for 3 days. Overnight parking from 6pm until 8am is £1 per night. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay, you will need to bring your own Beach Towels. High Chair and Cot Bed are provided, you will need to bring your own linens for this.
