This wonderful property is an ideal holiday home for a large group or family to explore Hampshire and the New Forest.

Silverland is a beautiful detached country cottage, retaining much of its traditional charm and character, including beams and leaded windows. It is set within 4 acres of grounds, has an outdoor heated swimming pool and is ideally located within a few miles of the sea, the New Forest and the beautiful seaside town of Lymington, perfect for a large family gathering.

The living room is stylishly furnished with bay window seating and an open fire in an original inglenook fireplace, ideal for those cooler evenings. The large kitchen has everything you need, with an Aga for cooking and additional dining and seating areas. The dining room, also with a large bay window overlooking the beautiful garden, is perfect to enjoy your evening meal. If you decide to spend your evenings at Silverland, you won’t be disappointed as there is an abundance of activities to keep you occupied. The younger members of the family may wish to spend time in the playroom which has a TV and a selection of videos, toys, books and games. On a warm summer’s evening you can enjoy the enclosed lawned garden and the grounds, which have a soft ball play area, and a heated swimming pool (heated June, July and August). If you wish to include the family pets on your holiday there is a separate fenced off area with a stable which can be used for your dogs.

When you wish to retire for the evening there are five double bedrooms on the first floor; each one is distinctively decorated and furnished with its own unique style. One of the bedrooms has a four-poster, wrought iron bed. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and two share an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor there are two twin bedrooms.

Silverland has everything you need for a perfect getaway, and is in an ideal location for exploring the New Forest National Park, with its unspoilt landscape and abundance of wildlife. The coastal port town of Lymington is is only 3 miles away.

    A lovely house and garden in an interesting area and very pleasant hosts. On a narrow busy road so walking from the property not an option but close to sea and cliffs and of course, the forest.
