5-minute walk to the Landmark Theatre; the path at the front of the house is the start of the coastal path leading to Hillsborough Nature Reserve and the coves of Reparee and Larksdown. Hele beach is a short walk, or there is paddling on the sandy beach just below the window. A great base for touring - surfing at Croyd and Woolacombe; cream teas at many gardens, NT properties; unspoilt Exmoor; the Victorian cliff railway at Lynton and Lynmouth; many mini theme parks within a short drive.
