    Great location, easy walking distance to Ambleside. However, looking a bit tired and not very maintained. No garage available as described so don't rely on this. Also there is only one private parking space not two as described but you can park in visitor spaces. Outside lighting not very good. This could ne a great place to stay if it was looked after properly.
