A deceptively spacious and well decorated cottage with a welcoming feel to it. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed, top quality linens and towels and bathrobes. The cake  on arrival was a nice touch. Great location for our needs. Very quiet off the road.

It's excellent in all respects other than, due to the very close proximity of other properties and the public right of way through the development, the only way of securing privacy is to keep the blinds drawn, especially in the ground floor bedrooms. A solution would be to provide sheer daytime privacy blinds (in front of the existing blackout blinds) to the two bedroom and the sitting room window and then we would be happy to score it 10 out of 10 in every respect.

Delightful location close to local amenities. Most within walking distance. Upside down house which has cosy bedrooms and light open lounge/dinner and good sized kitchen. The sound of church bells and clock chimes are delightful. Off the road so quiet at night.
