The Farmhouse is a beautifully renovated property, sleeping up to ten guests. Boasting separate living spaces, spacious bedrooms and a landscaped garden with hot tub and fire pit.

The Farmhouse is a beautifully renovated property, sleeping up to ten guests. Boasting separate living spaces, spacious bedrooms and a landscaped garden with hot tub and fire pit.

As you enter the Farmhouse you will find yourself in a bright and airy welcoming porch area, perfect for storing coats and shoes. There is a large dining area in front which is partially open with one of the living areas, comprising a wood burner and smart TV, a great area for relaxing in at the end of the day. This area opens into a conservatory/sun room area with seating looking out over the landscaped garden. Just off of the living area is a door leading to a small snug, perfect for the children and benefiting from a TV, computer and games to keep them occupied. Back into the dining area and step up into a second large living area; having this second living room is perfect for family get togethers where guests may want different areas for varying age groups. From this second living room you are led up into the newly fitted kitchen/dining area which is a very social space, especially given the bi-folding doors leading out onto the garden from the kitchen itself. These bi-fold doors lead out onto a large landscaped garden with different levels, a fantastic space with hot tub, fire pit and various seating throughout. Back into the kitchen/dining area and there is also a door that leads to a wet room, ideal for slightly less mobile guests. From the second living room is a staircase leading up to three bedrooms and the family shower room. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, an open wardrobe area and en-suite bathroom and separate shower. The master bedroom also benefits from a large private balcony with steps that lead down to the garden. The other two bedrooms on this floor/part of the house are double bedrooms and a mirror image of each other. Back downstairs and there is a second staircase from one of the dining areas to another two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a zip and link king size room with a partition wall from the en-suite shower area and the second bedroom across the hallway contains a super king bed with an en-suite shower room.
The Farmhouse is situated in Stoke Fleming, just outside of Dartmouth and only a stone’s throw from the beautiful beach of Blackpool Sands. There are wonderful coastal walks nearby as well as plenty to see and do throughout the South Hams. For a family gathering, social get together, or just a large group holiday, The Farmhouse will not disappoint! Beach 1 mile.

    A fabulous place would really suit two families as the accommodation is split into 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms on either side. Could fault the on-site staff to resolve any minor issues at the drop of a hat. One small negative that you need to know if booking with those who struggle with awkward stairs is that they are not the easiest to get up and down, other than that a beautiful place to live for our holiday.
