Really enjoyed our stay, the Hayloft was comfortable, well equipped and located in a beautiful part of the Meon valley. Ifyou are seeking peace and quiet in a beautiful location, then the Hayloft is for you.Even the incessant rain, didn’t spoil our week

Quiet rural location, be prepared to drive country lanes to get to anywhere. Suited our needs as a base for exploring the area, Winchester, Portsmouth, Chichester are all within reach. Good size property for a couple and reasonably well equipped, we did feel there was a shortage of some things, for example only 3 mugs and the vacuum cleaner needed cleaning out and maintenance. Upstairs one of the bedroom windows is draughty and when the wind was blowing as it was on a couple of nights the blind was waving quite a bit. There is a small sofa(sofabed) and chair, not the most comfortable, and instruction leaflets were all mixed up with warranty documents in one folder rather than organised for ease of use. These are relatively small niggles in an otherwise good but not perfect property.
