Can't fault anything about our stay, apart from some noise from a nearby property late one evening which can't be blamed on the property itself. My elderly dad found the downstairs bedroom and bathroom very pleasant and convenient, in fact that was the main reason for this booking as he couldn't manage stairs very easily, and he loved the rest of the cottage and its garden and setting. All was comfortable and very clean; the kitchen and utility room were very well equipped. Very easy to get into the lovely city of Ely from here, usually taking less than 10 minutes. The A10 for other routes was only 5 minutes away. Good Thai food from the Plough at the end of our road and a nice meal at the Anchor at the other end of the village. A local store in the village for papers and essential groceries and the local people we met were all very pleasant and helpful. Thank you to the owners and cleaning staff for their work in maintaining such a high standard.

A cosy cottage close to Ely with wonderful local walks. The welcoming wood fired stove and comfortable sitting room were a high point along with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom for an elderly relative. The showers were excellent and the cottage was spotlessly clean. The owners are close by and were very quick to respond to our queries.
