In a stunning location overlooking the boats, yachts and calm sheltered waters of Chichester Harbour, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, these contemporary holiday apartments offer a sumptuous relaxing retreat for couples or small families. Beautifully designed, these stylish apartments have been carefully coordinated and boast excellent quality furnishings. They offer a light and airy, spacious retreat for the discerning guest. Pontoon hire is available by arrangement for those with a boat to moor in the award-winning marina, set in the beauty of a natural harbour and picturesque countryside.

Discover the myriad of quaint anchorages and villages dotted along The Salterns Way, or follow the canal path to historic Chichester close by. Excellent scenic walking can be enjoyed in the South Downs National Park, where many birds and other wildlife can be spotted. After sitting out and enjoying the relaxing view, why not head over to the popular on-site bistro, or enjoy a boat tour around the harbour? There is also an on-site shop for your convenience. There are many places to visit nearby, including the popular golden stretch of sandy beach at West Wittering, less than a 10-minute drive, or Chichester in the opposite direction, with its ornate cathedral, Festival Theatre, leisure facilities and racecourses at Goodwood and Fontwell. Chichester also has an 18-hole golf course, as well as footgolf and pitch and putt.

For further sightseeing opportunities, the nearby train station offers services to London, which can be reached in approximately 1½ hours. Slightly further afield are Petworth House, Parham House, Goodwood House, Arundel Castle, West Dean Gardens, Uppark House, Denmans Garden and Stansted Park. Marwell Zoo with Peppa Pig World makes for a fantastic family day out, as well as the Royal Navy Submarine Museum, ‘Explosion’ Museum of Naval Firepower, HMS Rose and HMS Victory at Southampton and Portsmouth, both renowned for their large shopping outlets and plenty of entertainment. From here, ferry trips are available to the Isle of Wight. Beach 5 miles. Shop 250 yards, pub ½ mile, restaurant 200 yards.

    We had a very good stay here and would recommend this property for its cleanliness, location and value. As you will see we have scored it highly apart from local amenities (there are none except for a cafe bar on the Quay) and equipment and comfort (the kitchen was poorly equipped, no dishes for the microwave, no small knife for preparing food, crockery and cutlery missing, inadequate ventilation would make this apartment unbearable in the summer, duvet was too high a tog for the time of year). But these niggles did not spoil our stay and most of them could be dealt with easily by the owner, making the property almost perfect for a break.
