Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. 125-acre natural grounds (shared with owner and other properties on-site). Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 100 steps, ponds, lochs, a river and a waterfall in the grounds.
Lochside Cottage is a well-equipped, detached cottage sitting on the edge of Loch Torridon within the beautiful Torridon Estate, with amazing views towards the loch. The property offers great living space for a family or two couples with the ground floor being open plan in a horse shoe shape and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen opening to the dining area. The living area has an open fire with all windows overlooking the loch. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with its own private shower room. On the first floor is the master suite with an elevated super kingsize bed to allow guest to lay in bed whilst looking over the beautiful loch. The en-suite bathroom also has an elevated bath so the views are uninterrupted. Outside, the cottage has its own garden and a private hot tub for total relaxation.Lochside Cottage it set on the exclusive Torridon Estate where guest will have the freedom to roam the 125 acres of lochside grounds. Come and experience the beautiful waterfall within the estate and swim in the Venus pools. The estate is full of deer roaming throughout the heather and woodland. The owners of the estate are always on hand if you require any information and guests are welcome to bring their own boats or kayaks to explore the lochs.Torridon village is situated just 2 miles away with a local store and public house serving food. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.Lochside Cottage can be booked together with Gardeners Cottage (UK11712), Corry Lodge (UK11713) and Stable Cottage (UK11714) to accommodate up to 24 guests.
