They are superbly located, enveloped in rolling countryside and fields in a beautiful rural setting, accessed by a tree lined driveway with bluebells and daffodils in the spring. These attractive historic holiday properties make a wonderful retreat for couples or families, with shared use of a tennis court, heated outdoor swimming pool, gym, games hall and covered BBQ area. Scenic walks can be enjoyed around the owner’s 50-acre estate with lakes, horse paddocks and public footpaths which lead to the Wey and Arun Canal. They are well-placed for exploring the area; the quaint hamlet of Alfold has a church and shop and within easy driving distance are historic Guildford (trains to London in 30 min), the market town of Cranleigh, Horsham, Petworth, Brighton, Midhurst, plus many NT homes and gardens, as well as The North Downs and South Downs Way. Other tourist attractions which are within easy reach include Chessington World of Adventure, Painshill Park, Windsor Castle, Ascot/Sandown/Kempton/Epsom Races, Hampton Court Palace and Legoland. Historic Chichester and West Wittering Beach can be reached within a 45-minute drive. Gatwick and Heathrow airports are also within easy driving distance. Golf, fishing, riding and cycling can all be found within the area. Shops ¾ mile.

Shared use of tennis court, outdoor swimming pool (25ft x 13ft, depth range 3ft to 6ft, heated June - August), small gym with cross trainer, mats, weights and steps, and games room with pool table, table tennis and piano. Grounds with barbecue (shared with other properties on-site. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note, there is a pond and a lake in the grounds, 100 yards away.
