If you’re a lover of the outdoor life, then this stylish, upside down, detached barn conversion is probably just what you’re looking for. With varied walks and cycle routes from the door, the flagstone floored entrance is ideal for dusty boots. While the boot room in the garage is excellent for those really dirty boots! The large living room is on the first floor to make the most of the stunning countryside views, with its comfortable leather sofas and gas wood-burning stove. The open plan family room/kitchen is great for a family get together, take your time over a leisurely breakfast deciding what to do with your day. Or relax over an informal evening meal at the large dining table – either way it is a great space for people to socialise.
At the end of the day the stairs lead to your peaceful, comfy bedrooms, with crisp linens and fluffy duvets – perfect for a refreshing night’s sleep. . For a relaxing summer day, the first floor courtyard garden, with patio and panoramic countryside views, gets the sun most of the day. Just perfect for a lazy day watching the world go by. If you want to explore the area, then the plague village of Eyam, steeped in history is close by, and Chatsworth House is easily reached.

    Superb facilities, the whole building has been very well designed and maintained. The owner could not have been more helpful, leaving a welcoming cake was a great touch. We had three generations staying and everyone was very impressed, form 73 years to 19 months.
