We found the property to be immaculately clean on arrival and received a warm welcome from our hosts John and Margaret. The property is ideal for a stay for two people, with a relaxing patio area and lovely view beyond. Rooms are not cramped and the furniture very comfortable. It is well positioned for visiting Dartmoor to the north or coastal areas to the south and we ran out of time before we ran out of interesting places to visit. There is a small supermarket in South Brent which is a short drive away for provisions and good options for eating out. We would definitely recommend this property and we would book to stay there again if we return to the area in the future for another break.
