This cottage boasts stunning views of Exmoor and trips to the beautiful Lundy Island can be taken by ferry.

Webbery Manor Estate is a historic Saxon manor listed in the Domesday Book, high in the hills above the Taw and Torridge estuaries. Set in 30 acres of parkland and woods, with grazing sheep, deer, owls, pheasant, birds of prey and other wildlife. On clear, sunny days you can see Exmoor and Lundy Island. Delightful gardens have specimen trees, and rhododendrons, and the walled kitchen gardens have complimentary seasonal produce.
Originally the barn where carts were kept and hay stored, The Linhay is now a two-bedroomed detached cottage with a bright and airy interior. Beautifully decorated and furnished with antique and period pieces, with solid oak floors, and hand-made curtains. Relax in the comfortable living room with its wood-burning stove and doors onto a garden. The large bespoke kitchen with double range cooker is just the place for family breakfasts and informal evening meals.
The relaxing bedrooms have views over the Bristol Channel towards Lundy, and the double bedroom room has triple aspect windows. The long sandy beaches at Instow and Woolacombe are easily reached, and Bideford is excellent for a day out. After a day exploring, come home for an alfresco supper using the shared barbecue and gazebo.

Large open-plan living/dining room with wood-burning stove and doors to garden. Well-equipped bespoke kitchen with range (gas hob, electric oven). First floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet.

Absolutely lovely location and very pretty house. Antique furniture gave a county house feel. Set in stunning estate which we were free to walk in with our dog.Walled fruit and vegetable gardens which visitors are welcome help themselves to was an added bonus. Very comfortable beds. Bed linen and towels provided were beautifully clean. Lovely hosts Katy and Kevin made us fee very welcome and were so very friendly. Always on hand if you needed anything ( we didn’t) Really nice welcome pack. Lovely home made scones, milk from local dairy, biscuits and nuts. Delicious! We would highly recommend and definitely will visit again.
