The cottage is just changing hands so I don't want to say much but the cottage is clean, has everything you need, the stairs are a bit steep but we managed them, it is handy for the town and there are places to eat within easy reach. Half an hour by car to Lincoln and Skegness, Woodall Spa is worth a visit but don't go on a Monday because some of the attractions are closed.
